I remember when I was sitting at my corporate desk, staring at another calendar invite that made my heart sink. On paper, I had a successful career, but I felt stuck and unseen. It wasn’t that I hated my job; I had simply outgrown it. 

That’s when I made the decision that changed everything: I wasn’t waiting for January, the next project, or another pay cycle. I was going for it.
