3 Years of Growth and Celebration — Michelle Crutcher Business Coaching & Consulting in The Entrance North, NSW

Lessons I’ve Learned Celebrating 3 Years in Business.

The lessons from my 3-year business journey have been more transformative than I could have imagined. When I first left my corporate job, I was excited but also uncertain. Three years later, I’ve learned valuable lessons that shaped both my personal and professional growth.

Lesson #1: Failure is Part of Success

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in my 3-year business journey is that failure is part of success. In my first year, I made mistakes, doubted myself, and wondered if I could make my coaching business work. But every failure became a stepping stone, moving me closer to my goals.

Lesson #2: Align Your Business with Your Vision

A key takeaway from my business journey is the importance of aligning your business with your lifestyle vision. I built my coaching business around my goals of having more time with my family, flexibility in my schedule, and the ability to work from anywhere. Staying aligned with this vision helped me stay motivated through tough times.

Lesson #3: Consistency is Key

In my 3-year journey, I’ve learned that consistency and perseverance are the foundation of success. It’s not about immediate results—it’s about showing up, staying focused, and taking consistent steps forward. Every small action I took contributed to the growth I see today.

Lesson #4: Your Impact Matters

The most rewarding part of my journey has been the impact I’ve had on others. Watching my clients transition from corporate jobs to successful coaches and seeing their lives transform has been incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that I’ve helped others achieve their dreams has been worth every challenge.

Keep Moving Forward

As I celebrate lessons from my 3-year business journey, I reflect on the growth and challenges that shaped my success. If you’re considering starting your own coaching business, remember to trust yourself, embrace the lessons, and keep moving forward.

Celebrating three years in business isn’t just about marking time; it’s about reflecting on the growth, the lessons, and the journey that got me here. If I could share one message with anyone thinking of starting their own coaching business, it’s this: Trust yourself, embrace the challenges, and keep moving forward.

The lessons I’ve learned from my 3-year business journey have shaped not just my career but my entire life—and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
